The most common business form registered in Zimbabwe is the Private Limited Company. However, you can also register a PBC, a partnership, a cooperative company and a public company. A PBC can do most of what the Private Limited Company can do, at a cheaper cost. Most entrepreneurs prefer a Private Limited Company.
